Dans un petit village, à des kilomètres des grandes villes des royaumes jumeaux, un jeune garçon appelé Errol essaie de trouver sa place dans le monde. C’est un étranger – il est différent des autres enfants et n’a jamais connu son père. Personne, pas même lui-même, n’a connaissance de sa véritable lignée.

Au fond de la forêt, Benfro, le jeune dragon mâle, commence sa formation aux arts subtils. Comme sa mère, Morgwm le Vert, il est destiné à devenir un grand Mage.

Personne ne pourrait imaginer que l’avenir de toute vie dans les Royaumes Jumeaux repose entre les mains de ces deux héros improbables.
